To make it convenient for the litigants, the UP Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (UPREAT) has decided to run the court in two shifts, stated a press release issued by the joint registrar.
The timings will be from 10:30 am – 1 pm and 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm for respective bench to hold the court.
Concurrently, a function presided over by tribunal’s chairperson Justice DK Arora was hosted to bid farewell to Rajiv Mishra, administrative member of the Tribunal. The function was organised by UPREAT staff and tribunal’s advocate association.
