In a recent development, people buying property from the LDA will no longer have to run from pillar to post for the registry. From Thursday, the LDA has opened two counters (seven and nine) on the ground floor of the LDA HQ where applicants can submit their applications related to registry between 10 am and 2pm. Under the single window system, allottees of all the housing schemes will be given a token after the submission of application at the two counters.
Post that, a specific time will be shared for the registry based on merit. Allottees will be informed over phone by the LDA regarding all the formalities required for the registry.
