Amid the rising demand for office space with more and more companies insisting on hybrid model, WeWork expects a revenue jump of at least 30%.

A full-year revenue between $3.35 billion and $3.5 billion, a 30%-36% rise from its 2021 revenue is expected, informs the Softbank-backed firm.

Companies have been pushed to the back foot by the pandemic, which in turn has compelled organisations to offer employees to work from places other than their offices, benefiting workspace providers like WeWork.

With relaxations of Covid-19 curbs, WeWork’s business has also recovered after work-from-home arrangements last year weighed heavily on the company amid reduced occupancy and higher operating costs.
