In a major announcement, Mindspace Business Parks REIT (Mindspace REIT) has appointed Ramesh Nair as its new chief executive officer (CEO).
In a regulatory filing, the company said that the board of directors of K Raheja Corp Investment Managers, manager to Mindspace REIT, have approved the appointment of Ramesh Nair as the CEO and one of the key personnels of the company, with effect from September 1, 2023.
The board noted the resignation of Vinod Rohira, currently the CEO and one of key personnels of the company, effective August 31, 2023. The board also approved the appointment of Rohira as the additional (non-executive non-independent) director on the board of directors of the company with effect from September 1, 2023.
In his new capacity, Rohira will also spearhead a larger role within the group as managing director and CEO (Commercial Real Estate), K Raheja Corp; along with a seat on the board of the Residential Business - K Raheja Corp Homes.
