The civic body in Ahmedabad has sealed 72 units for not having valid building use (BU) permission. The sealed buildings include 11 commercial units and 61 residential units.
As a part of its drive on BU enforcement, the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation’s town planning and estate management department teams have so far sealed 3,681 commercial units and 470 residential units in the city.
